With the proposed Victorian Environment Protection Regulations, Standards…recently release, and with a number of significant changes to Federal and State environmental compliance obligations for industry and business – the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN) together with Principal Partner, Russell Kennedy Lawyers will hold this mid-year environmental compliance Seminar to bring you, your staff and organisation up to speed with the details of these changes from across Australia, including funding and grant opportunities available to you.
You will hear an all-round perspective by the Regulators, leading lawyers – Russell Kennedy, and the experts to assist you in understanding WHAT these changes (new laws…) will mean to you and to your organisation, and WHEN you will be required to implement these changes within your business – to ensure you and your organisation remain compliant.
NOTE: At the Seminar, Members will have an opportunity to provided feedback on the proposed Victorian Environment Protection Regulations, Standards… Feedback by Members will be collated to form part of a submission by AEBN on behalf of Members to EPA Victoria. Confirmation of your attendanceA confirmation email together with a Tax Invoice will be sent to you one week prior to the event.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate from your organisation is welcome at no extra charge. However, should you wish to cancel, all cancellations must be received in writing to registration@aebn.com.au no later than 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this time, however notes will be forwarded by mail following the event.
