The Federal Department of Agriculture Water and Environment has released the PFAS National Environmental Management Plan version 2.0 (PFAS NEMP 2.0). This NEPM has been developed with input from all states and territories and is an attempt to guide a nationally consistent approach for the management of PFAS.
The NEPM has been adopted in NSW, and is likely to be adopted in other jurisdictions over the next coming months.
