Alignment of AS 1940:2017 The Storage and Handling of Flammable and Combustible Liquids with GHS obligations.
Organisations have an obligation to ensure their site is compliant with Dangerous Goods laws and requirements and that staff receive appropriate training to ensure the safe Storage, Handling and Transport of Dangerous Goods. The Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN) recommends that staff receive refresher training every 2 to 3 years and certainly when changes are announced.
