The Federal Minister for the Environment and Energy, Josh Frydenberg, is currently in Germany leading Australia’s delegation to the 23rd Conference of the Parties (COP23) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change from 10 to 17 November 2017.
Under the Paris Agreement, Australia has committed to reducing emissions by 26 to 28 per cent below 2005 levels by 2030.
