The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has issued a call for nominations for experts to participate in the development of its Sixth Assessment Report. The report will provide an update of knowledge on the scientific, technical and socio-economic aspects of climate change, its causes, potential impacts and response strategies.
Experts are sought to fill the roles required of the writing and review teams: Coordinating Lead Authors, Lead Authors and Review Editors
The Department of the Environment and Energy operates as the National Focal Point for IPCC activities and invites Australian experts to nominate for author roles for this Report.
