EPA SA has released an explanatory note on technical reporting requirements for water industry entities.
The explanatory note describes the regulatory reporting requirements for entities who have an environmental authorisation (in the form of a licence) under the Environment Protection Act 1993 for activity 3(2) Sewage Treatment Works or Septic Tank Disposal Schemes and activity 4(2) Discharge of Stormwater to Underground Aquifers.
