The Western Australia Department of Environment Regulation (DER) has released the final Guidance Statement: Publication of Annual Audit Compliance Reports which provides guidance on how the DER will provide greater public access to the information provided in the Annual Audit Compliance Reports submitted by licensees.
The DER has also released the Guideline: Annual Audit Compliance Reports to assist licensees in preparing Annual Audit Compliance Reports under condition of licences granted under Part V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (EP Act). A new Annual Audit Compliance Report Form has also been developed.
