EPA South Australia has released the public consultation report on the draft Environment Protection (Air Quality) Policy 2016 (Air Quality EPP).
The report provides a summary of the submissions received on the proposed policy during the public consultation period from 22 October 2015 to 15 January 2016, and the EPA’s response to the feedback received.
A summary of revisions to the Air Quality EPP as a result of the submissions is provided in Section 6 of the report. Revisions have in particular been made to the provisions governing the management and regulation of stack emissions and burning in the open.
