Following the recent amendments to the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target Act 2007 and the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target Regulations 2008, sections of the VEET Guidelines have been updated and amended guidelines have now been released by the Essential Services Commission (ESC).
ESC also advises that in addition to legislative amendments, VEET administrative procedures have also changed.
The amended guidelines are in force from 9 June 2016 and included new clauses concerning the register of products, and compliance and enforcement, as well as other updates.
