On 28 June 2012, amendments were made to the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001 to include 1 additional eligible emissions intensive trade exposed (EITE) activity for the provision of partial exemption certificates (PECs).
The additional EITE activity is:
- Manufacture of reconstituted wood-based panels.
