The Clean Energy Regulator is currently updating its Register of solar water heaters and heat pumps that are eligible for the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES).
Industry is encouraged to make submissions to update Version 14 of the Register.
The Clean Energy Regulator advises –
“As required by the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001, the Register of solar water heaters contains information about each solar water heater/heat pump model for which small-scale technology certificates (STCs) may be created. The number of STCs a particular solar water heater/heat pump model is entitled to create will depend on its installation date and geographic location identified through its postcode.”
Submissions can be forwarded between 7 May 2012 to 3pm AEST 25 June 2012 by using the updated application forms and technical details sheets.
