AEBN has been involved with the development of the new dangerous goods regulation for NSW that adopts the National Standard for Storage and Handling of Workplace Dangerous Goods.
The submission identifies and number of drafting errors, but also highlights the differences between NSW, Victoria and Queensland similar dangerous goods regulation. C2 combustible liquids are the areas of most concern as they have fewer exemptions in comparison to C1 combustible liquids.
