The Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN®) activities and membership services provide a one stop shop on the latest environment information that may impact your business and its operations. We provide this information to member organisations through 7 core services
· News and information – through AEBN's Environment Network Weekly (ENW) e-news
News as it happens - the State and NEW National Environment Network Weekly (ENW) e-news provides member organisations with the latest news and information on changes in the environment arena on issues likely to impact industry, business and councils and their operations. The State and National Environment Network Weekly (ENW) e-news aims to provide:
- Changes to environment State and Federal Legislation, Policies, Reviews and laws
- Updates on industry obligations
- the latest on Government initiatives and assistance programs
- Industry trends in best practices and case studies
- Environmental global trends, and
- news as it happens
State Members -
For organisations with offices/sites in one state, we recommend State Membership to the Australian Environment Business Network.
Up to 4 colleagues within your organisation will receive either the Victorian, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australian or Western Australian edition of the State ENW e-news. The State ENW e-news aims to cover the latest changes and updates on environmental matters within 'your nominated' State and the Federal jurisdiction. The State ENW e-news will be distributed to State Members weekly on Fridays.

National Members -
For organisations with offices/sites in more than one state, we recommend National Membership to the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN).
National Membership will provide you with the weekly National ENW e-news that aims to cover the latest changes and updates on environmental matters within the Federal, Victorian, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australian and Western Australian jurisdictions. The National ENW e-news will be distributed to up to 6 colleagues within your organisation, each Friday.
· Training and Education - AEBN® workshops, seminars, conferences and forums provide a practical and an all round perspective from a legal, regulatory, industry, consultancy, and technical/scientific point of view – allowing you to determine the impacts to your business on issues of significance. AEBN® events assist you in understanding IF, HOW and WHEN to implement change within your business. Members receive up to 25% discount on all events. In-house Training - Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN®) provides in-house training and workshops to the needs of your staff and organisational requirements. For details on In-House Training provided by the AEBN, please select In-House Training
· Networking Opportunities - providing the opportunity at AEBN® forums to meet industry leaders from the private and public sectors, acedemia, leading law firms, environmental practitioners and members with a similar interest. Networking at Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN®) events provides the opportunity to discuss best practices and the latest environment innovative concepts of business – providing you with ideas, leads and solutions for the future
· Legal Service - free 30 minutes of legal advice per call, per environment issue. This service is proudly provided by Australia’s leading environmental law firms who are members of the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN). · Consultancy - providing a range of consultancy services such as Risk Assessments, Dangerous Goods Auditing, Compliance Auditing, Management System Development, Project Management, and much more - of up to 25% member discount rate. AEBN® will also provide you with leads to consultants who are considered experts in the field
· Jobs Environment - members may now advertise VACANT POSITIONS in the fields of environment, oh&s, planners, engineering, chemical, water, legal...and much more... - positions of all levels at NO CHARGE for the period of 2009. From 1 January 2010, this service will be provided at the member rate of $150 (inc GST) per advertisement which will feature until the closing date of the advertised position. · Lobbying and Representation - Policy Action - providing you with representation and the opportunity to influence the Regulator. AEBN® submissions to Federal and State governments are generated from the feedback received from our members at AEBN® forums (workshops, seminars, conferences, briefings) - on draft legislation, policies and reviews. Details will be presented to you by our experts providing you with a clear, all round understanding of the impacts to your organisation and business operations. About Membership to the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN)
Organisations will have the option of taking out either: National, State or Individual Membership to the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN).

National Membership - is encouraged should your organisation have sites or offices in more than one state. National Membership is aimed at providing you and your organisation with the latest changes and up to date information on environmental matters that includes environmental legislation, regulations, guidelines, policies, reviews and information that we believe may impact your business and its operations - covering the Federal, Victorian, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australian and Western Australian jurisdictions. National Member organisations will have the opportunity to nominate up to 6 colleagues within your organisation who will receive the weekly National ENW e-news, distributed each Friday. All staff within the National Member organisation will be entitled to access all AEBN member services as listed above.

State Membership - is recommended should your organisation have a site(s) or office(s) in one state. State Membership is aimed at providing you and your organisation with the latest changes and up to date information on environmental matters that includes environmental legislation, regulations, guidelines, policies, reviews and information that we believe may impact your business and its operations - focusing on 'your nominated state' and the Federal jurisdiction. State Member organisations will have the opportunity to nominate up to 4 colleagues within your organiation who will receive the weekly State ENW e-news, distributed each Friday. All staff within the State Member organisation will be entitled to access all AEBN member services, except the National ENW e-news.

Both National and State Membership is on an organisational basis, and therefore, we encourage that member benefits, provided by the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN), are utilised by all staff within your organisation.

Individual Membership - is based on a 'one person' membership to the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN) that entitles the Individual Member to access AEBN membership services. Individual Members will be required to select their choice of membership, e.g. National or State Membership and will receive those AEBN member services.
Membership to the Australian Environment Business Network is on a 12 month period and is renewed on your membership anniversary date. To register as an AEBN® member, click on membership form and complete the AEBN® member registration form and fax back to the Australian Environment Business Network (AEBN®) National Head Office on 03 9397 2411.
