Site contamination remains a signficant legal and commercial issue for property owners, occupiers and developers.  With reference to Councils, they face challenges from developers to decisions made under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and the Department of Sustainability and Environment's (DSE) Potentially Contaminated Land General Practice Note in relation to requirements to investiage, remediate and manage contamination as part of the rezoning and redevelopment of land. 

This Seminar will provide an important update to prevent the pitfalls for owners, developers, councils, consultants and those potentially selling.  The Seminar will detail:
