The National Environment Protection Council, is proposing to include a new standard for Particualte Matter 2.5 microns or less (PM2.5) to the existing National Environment Protection Measure on ambient air quality. This is on top of the existing standard for PM10. AEBN raised a number of issues on the new proposal.
